Returns — Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receiving your order (above the legal minimum of 14 days).
The return must meet the following conditions:
- The order contains all components and parts, and the packaging is in the same or similar condition as when received.
- The product shows no signs of damage resulting from improper use.
- Products for which hygiene is relevant must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use contrary to its intended purpose or damage not attributable to us.
How to return your order?
Send an email to: support@owensophiedublin.com, including:
- order number
- reason for return
- photo of the product (in case of damage or defect)
- customer's full name and address
After verifying your request, we will provide the return address. Do not send the product to the sender's address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The return will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Right of Withdrawal (in accordance with EU law)
A consumer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@owensophiedublin.com before this period expires.
Upon receipt of your request, we will provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
⚠️ Note: As our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer. We cannot stop the shipment once the order has been placed. In that case, please wait until you receive the product and then return it. You may however notify us of your intention to withdraw in advance.
⚠️ Note on return address: Returns are sent to our central warehouse. The address will be provided after contact — do not send the product without contacting us first.
Product Defects / Warranty
In accordance with Irish and EU law, the consumer has the right to make a complaint in the event of a product defect for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. In case of a defect, please contact us at support@owensophiedublin.com with a description of the problem and photographic documentation.
